Job Summary
Complete make-ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring all assigned work orders comply with company standards. Assist with building and common area maintenance while participating in the Preventative Maintenance Program to organize and track property equipment. Utilize necessary tools to prepare units for occupancy per standards, covering general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to various building codes. Based in Lewisville, TX, this role offers a salary range of $17.35-$20.40 hourly plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license
- Any other licenses/certifications required by the state
- Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards
- Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Prior knowledge of various building codes

- 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience
