Job Summary
Maintenance Make Ready/Porter performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, maintains property grounds and common areas, cleans and paints interiors, repairs minor structural and cosmetic issues, conducts pool maintenance and landscape work, responds to service calls, and supports preventative maintenance efforts. Requires basic hand tools knowledge and ability to perform electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and landscaping tasks; includes duties such as carpet/vinyl cleaning, door/window checks, trash removal, and safety compliance. High school diploma/GED preferred with ~1 year of relevant experience; Certified Pool Operator certification required for pool duties. Required Qualifications
