Job Summary
Maintain and repair production or processing machines and equipment rapidly to reduce production lag. Assist with planning and execution of department tasks and work orders. Monitor and maintain equipment to support health, safety, quality, and efficiency. Proactively respond to issues with recommended solutions and communicate resolutions to supervisor. Communicate critical information about jobs, tasks, and inspections to supervisor. Use hand or power tools to address machinery issues. Apply disciplines such as Mechanical, Welding, Instrumentation, Electrical, Computers, Vibration or Refractory to maintain equipment. Support safety procedures and ISO responsibilities. Regular attendance and adherence to assigned duties. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Instrumentation skills
- 1-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1-5 years’ of general machinery maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and operational aptitude in a manufacturing environment
