Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant at Parkdean Resorts responsible for general maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, and repairs across park facilities. Duties include mowing, strimming, painting, fencing, landscaping, slabbing, minor repairs, tree/hedge pruning, litter picking, jet washing, pothole repairs, flower bed maintenance, and assisting with moving/siting holiday homes. Uses a job management system to schedule and track owner jobs and fleet repairs, and collaborates with park teams to resolve guest inquiries. Requires hands-on experience with outdoor maintenance, ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods), comfort working outdoors in all weather, and good manual dexterity with hand/power tools. Weekend/evening availability is required; full UK driving licence preferred.
Required Qualifications
