Maintenance - Maintenance Assistant - MA1

Maintenance Assistant at Parkdean Resorts to perform a range of hands-on tasks including general maintenance, groundskeeping, and landscaping across holiday parks. Responsibilities include mowing, strimming, painting, fencing, landscaping, minor repairs, pruning trees/hedges, litter collection, jet washing, pothole repairs, garden maintenance, and plant care; using the job management system to schedule and track tasks; maintaining safety and presentation of outdoor areas; handling gas bottles safely; keeping bin bays clean; assisting guests and collaborating with park teams; completing pitch tidies and assisting with holiday-home siting; and working independently or with the team, with weekend/evening availability. Requires hands-on experience in groundskeeping and maintenance, physical ability for outdoor work in all weather, dexterity with hand/power tools, and a full UK driving licence; background checks (DBS) may be carried out. Role is seasonal and hourly.
