Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and numerical control equipment including drives, gages, and test systems. Perform preventive maintenance functions, install, start up, and shut down equipment per OSHA requirements, and maintain work area housekeeping. Read manuals, diagrams, and engineering specifications to execute repairs, while executing welding, fabrication, drilling, and lathe operations for equipment leveling and alignment. This role supports INNIO's global distributed energy solutions business, which delivers reliable power for data centers, microgrids, and industrial applications across 100 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Maintenance Technician Card
- 5 years equivalent experience in the following areas: Mechanical including welding and fabrication
- Electro-Mechanical
- Hydraulic fluid power
- Pneumatics
- Journeyman Machine Repairmen Card
- 5 years equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Okuma equipment
- Experience with Makino equipment
- Experience with WFL equipment
- Experience with Pama equipment
- Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controls
- Experience with older manual and automatic grinding equipment
- Knowledge of boiler and HVAC systems
- Previous knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
- Previous maintenance lead person experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
