Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, including numerical controls, power supplies, drives, and test gear. Perform preventive maintenance functions, install, start up, and shut down equipment per OSHA safety procedures, and maintain work area housekeeping. Read manuals, diagrams, and engineering specifications to execute required maintenance and service tasks. This role supports INNIO Group's global distributed energy solutions, enabling scalable power generation for data centers and industrial applications.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Maintenance Technician Card
- 5 years equivalent experience in Mechanical including welding and fabrication
- Electro-Mechanical experience
- Hydraulic fluid power experience
- Pneumatics experience
- Journeyman Machine Repairmen Card
- 5 years equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Okuma equipment
- Experience with Makino equipment
- Experience with WFL equipment
- Experience with Pama equipment
- Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controls
- Experience with older manual and automatic grinding equipment
- Knowledge of boiler and HVAC systems
- Previous knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
- Previous maintenance lead person experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
