Job Summary
Maintain and service a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, paving equipment, trucks, trailers, and support vehicles at a Farmingdale, NJ shop. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, oil changes, lubrication, inspections, and light repairs; assist mechanics with repairs and field service; document service records; maintain lube truck inventory; respond to service calls; promote safety and work in varied outdoor conditions. Requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to work independently, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required); high school diploma or GED; experience with diesel-powered equipment and basic hydraulic/electrical knowledge preferred.
