Job Summary
Lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, manage DMS meetings, and own technology, process settings, and centerline configurations. Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems while building technician capability through 50% hands-on technical skill development. Own the Repairs & Maintenance budget, lead special maintenance tasks, and drive change management, spare localization, and breakdown analysis for cost reduction. Represent the department as the site technology owner in regional and global forums, assist with new initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert and trainer for PM-related subjects.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3)
- skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s)at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools
- The capability to lead a Role for the Line
- Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
- The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development
- Manufacturing experience (i.e. process, continuous improvement, maintenance, line leadership roles, etc.)
- Qualified on the I2M / IIM Process
- Qualified on AM Step 3
- Capable of leading and influencing people at higher and lower levels
- Understands and is trained on key pillars like IIM, AM, and PM
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management in food manufacturing or related industries
- Maintenance experience is required
- Preventive Maintenance knowledge required
- Proven leadership experience required
- Experience in with HPO methodologies and/or lean six sigma is highly preferred
- Experience in union-labor is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree within the food industry (minimum)
- Monday - Friday, 1st shift (7:00 am - 4:00 pm) + weekend overtime as needed

- Strong financial & business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
