Job Summary
Perform various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including light plumbing, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting, and groundskeeping. Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained and working properly while keeping grounds free from trash and debris. Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property by attending morning staff meetings, communicating vendor appointments, and reporting maintenance concerns directly for repairs. Move heavy objects, drive maintenance trucks, and monitor inventory supplies. Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- High school diploma or the equivalent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of property maintenance experience
