Job Summary
As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform various maintenance duties including light plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and groundskeeping. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and appealing property, attending staff meetings to discuss vendor appointments, and communicating professionally with maintenance staff and management. The role involves basic repairs, grounds maintenance, operating maintenance vehicles, and managing maintenance inventory. You should have 1-3 years of technical experience and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Willing to be on call for emergencies
