Job Summary
As a Maintenance Worker at ELS, you will perform various maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping. You will work with others to ensure community maintenance standards are met, maintain amenity spaces, communicate maintenance concerns, and manage maintenance supplies. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to lift heavy objects and be on call for emergencies is also necessary.

- Willingness to be on call for emergencies
