Job Summary
Maintenance Worker (Level I) in Wildwood, FL performs a broad range of site maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial tasks, and other assigned duties. Must move heavy objects, may drive maintenance trucks, monitor inventory and supplies, and coordinate with management and staff to keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. Requires valid driver’s license and insurance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
