Job Summary
Perform HVAC repairs, plumbing, light carpentry, appliance repair, and groundskeeping to maintain clean, safe, and appealing property standards. Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to attend morning staff meetings, coordinate vendor appointments, and execute special maintenance projects. Monitor inventory supplies, manage irrigation systems, and report concerns directly to management. You must be willing to move heavy objects, drive maintenance trucks, and work on-call for after-hours emergencies. This role requires 1-3 years of technical experience in applicable areas and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
