Job Summary
Perform various maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial work to ensure amenity spaces remain well-maintained and free from debris. Monitor and control maintenance inventory while reporting concerns directly to management for repairs. Attend morning staff meetings to coordinate daily vendor appointments and communicate professionally with workers, staff, and management on special projects. You will move heavy objects, drive maintenance trucks, and be willing to work on-call for after-hours emergencies. This role supports ELS's mission as the leading operator of Manufactured Home Communities and RV Resorts across North America.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a good driving record
- Must have current auto insurance
- High school diploma or the equivalent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
