Maintenance - Level I

Perform various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, and groundskeeping. Work as a team participant with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards. Maintain grounds and common areas, keeping them free from trash and debris, while mowing, weeding, and edging vacant lots. Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs, including driving maintenance trucks and moving heavy objects. Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work. Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies. Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.
