Job Summary
Perform HVAC repairs, plumbing, light carpentry, and appliance maintenance while managing irrigation systems and groundskeeping duties. Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure property standards, attend morning meetings for vendor coordination, and report concerns directly to management. Maintain common areas by mowing, weeding, and removing debris, while monitoring inventory and driving maintenance trucks as needed. Willing to be on call for after-hours emergencies. Requires high school diploma, 1-3 years of technical experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
