Job Summary
Maintenance Level 2 role focused on keeping equipment and facilities running with responsibilities including completing Maintenance Technician I tasks, electrical troubleshooting, welding, preventative and general maintenance on HVAC systems, doors, dock equipment, pallet racks, and refrigeration; maintenance of facility interiors/exteriors; operating warehouse tools and equipment; minimal travel; on-site at 4000 AM Drive, Quakertown, PA; requires strong teamwork, self-motivation, and adherence to safety and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Proficient in building and equipment maintenance
- Minor to moderate electrical, HVAC, and plumbing knowledge
- Maintenance troubleshooting
- Overtime availability is essential due to demand
