Job Summary
Maintenance Leader for a high-speed beverage manufacturing plant, owning maintenance execution, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring uptime and equipment reliability. Lead maintenance in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, manage CMMS and maintenance planning/scheduling, and collaborate across functions. Requires experience in beverage/high-speed production and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. 24/7 operation flexibility and strong leadership/communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years manufacturing experience
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning/scheduling
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Willingness to support a 24/7 operation
