Job Summary
Maintenance Lead responsible for performing technical and non-technical routine maintenance on building and facility equipment including heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. Responsibilities include repairing equipment, installing new parts, updating maintenance records, reviewing maintenance requests, implementing optimal solutions, conducting preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory codes, and maintaining clean premises. Tasks include plumbing and electrical work, HVAC system troubleshooting, carpentry (patching, building, repairing structures), operating power and hand tools, reading blueprints and diagrams, and integrating control systems. Requires ability to interpret written instructions and blueprints, strong analytical skills, and effective communication for customer relations. Licensing/certification requirements (as applicable) and a valid Oregon driver license are necessary. The role may require adherence to dress code and potential gaming-related licensing, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-year Associate Degree or Technical/Trade School Certificate
- Verification and Licenses to comply with code requirements (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Certified Service Personnel)
- Building Maintenance or Engineering certifications may be acceptable
- Minimum 4 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or related repair field
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License
- Current Oregon Driver’s License with ability to qualify for UIDC Drivers Program
- Must be computer literate and perform clerical duties
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills
Desired Qualifications
