Job Summary
Lead and support the maintenance team while tackling a variety of repairs including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and painting. Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and ensure the property is safe and visually appealing. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Virginia Driver's License, and technical training or substantial experience in maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork capability, and effective communication are essential, along with the ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Possession of valid Virginia Driver’s License
- Proof of insurance
- Technical training in one or more trades or a minimum of 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of maintenance
- Ability to supervise others
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
