Maintenance Lead

Job Summary
Lead the maintenance function at the Blythewood facility, providing short- and long-term direction for maintenance operations. Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, prioritize daily work, and manage CMMS work orders. Perform hands-on maintenance as needed to support production, coordinate repairs with external contractors and vendors, and provide technical guidance during equipment installation and commissioning. Collaborate with Plant Engineering and Equipment Design on improvements and new projects, promote safety and 5S culture, and provide on-call maintenance support to ensure safe, reliable operations.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman or Red Seal Millwright or Industrial Mechanic or equivalent
