Job Summary
Maintenance Lead in a senior living community responsible for preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition, performing light electrical/plumbing/carpentry work, maintaining preventative maintenance records, responding to service requests, ensuring building security systems and fire safety compliance, and coordinating with managers and staff for inspections and long-term repairs. Requires leadership experience, hands-on maintenance skills, ability to manage work orders and safety trainings, and a valid California driver license. Yardi experience and senior-population experience preferred. Scheduled Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years or more of Residential Maintenance experience
- 2 years or more of People Management experience
- Valid CA Driver License
