Job Summary
Schedule and respond to work orders, follow up with residents and management, and oversee plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs. Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance of safety equipment and appliances while ensuring compliance with local, state, and national codes. Assist in safety trainings, inspect the work of others for quality and completion, and manage projects and inspection requirements with Management to meet deadlines. Operate in an on-call capacity with reliable transportation, applying advanced maintenance skills and troubleshooting abilities to handle preventative, emergency, cosmetic, and routine tasks. Lead the maintenance and janitorial team as a role model, emphasizing safe work practices, problem-solving, and customer service in this live on-site position in Downtown Sacramento, CA.

- 3 years proven experience comparable to a certified journeyman level craftsman in one or more building trades
- Vocational-tech graduate with a journeyman rating in one or more trade classifications
