Job Summary
Maintenance Lead I is responsible for maintaining grounds and campus safety, performing routine and emergency repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), servicing heating and cooling systems, and completing preventative maintenance while following schedules. Must safely operate tools and equipment, work independently, and manage multiple tasks. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with HVAC certification preferred; physical requirements include lifting up to 75 lbs and frequent movement.
