Maintenance Lead I responsible for campus upkeep and resident safety through grounds maintenance, routine and emergency repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), servicing heating/cooling systems, and executing preventative maintenance per schedules. Requires independent work, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to operate tools; opportunity for growth and training within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
