Job Summary
Maintenance Lead oversees maintenance operations across facilities and production equipment, mentors the maintenance team, and coordinates cost accounting and project planning. Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining structures, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine systems; troubleshooting CNC and PLC equipment; installing, relocating, and maintaining equipment; managing safety procedures; maintaining work orders and supporting overtime as needed; and leading a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Requires a high school diploma or GED and Equipment Maintenance 5 level, 10+ years of manufacturing/industrial maintenance experience, apprenticeship/journeyman certification preferred, NFPA 79 knowledge, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment; on-site role in Black Creek, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Equipment Maintenance 5 level
- 10+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training program; journeyman certification preferred
- Knowledge of NFPA 79
- Expert-level knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- 1–2 years of supervisory or lead role experience preferred
