Maintenance Lead - 3rd Shift

Oversee assigned maintenance team members responsible for repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems. Evaluate machinery and facilities to determine necessary repairs, then coordinate work priorities with supervisors to obtain supplies and delegate tasks based on team skills. Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner while inspecting team output. Track worker time, materials, and resources for inventory purposes and coordinate topics for safety meetings. Requires high school diploma, six years of experience in machine and building maintenance, basic welding skills, and ability to read technical manuals.
