Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Lead maintenance operations across the facility, overseeing safety procedures and standards. Plan, lead and complete repair and installation activities for plant equipment and facility, maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, and communicate purchase needs. Ensure timely completion of facility PMs and maintain documentation in the EAM system. Identify and implement training opportunities for the maintenance and production teams. Interact with service vendors and serve as a facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance. Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to detect and resolve problems, and actively participate in Safety, CI and 5S activities. Provide input on performance reviews and handle other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance (preferred)
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience
- 3-5 years in plastic injection molding or extrusion equipment
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- Safety/OSHA compliant certifications or training (LOTO)
