Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift Flexible Schedule

Job Summary
Lead maintenance operations across the facility; plan, lead and complete repair and installation activities in plant equipment and facility; maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies; communicate purchase needs; ensure completion of facility PMs on time and documentation in EAM; identify and execute training opportunities in the maintenance and production teams; interact with service vendors; facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance; conduct regular inspections to detect and resolve problems; actively participate, support, and sustain Safety, CI and 5S activities; provide input on performance reviews; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year technical degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- 1-3 years of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge in industrial maintenance
- 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding or extrusion equipment
