Job Summary
Maintenance Lead – 1st Shift. Leads safety initiatives and documentation activities, participates in safety committees, conducts accident investigations, coordinates subcontractors for safety equipment and supplies, maintains records/logs, and provides guidance on safety and ergonomic issues. Requires ability to lead and document effectively, strong communication with internal/external stakeholders, and general understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Typical education includes a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; zero to two years of relevant experience; on-site 1st shift with supervision.
