Job Summary
Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees by mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, mulching, raking, and watering as needed. Prune vegetation, monitor irrigation systems, and power wash sidewalks, patios, and building exteriors to ensure a welcoming appearance. Keep outdoor areas clean by removing debris and hazards while maintaining lighting, planters, and signage. Assist with general property maintenance including painting, drywall touch-ups, minor plumbing, carpentry, and fixture repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safely operate landscaping equipment. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while following safety policies and wearing appropriate PPE. Available for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts with occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs
- Occasional overtime may be required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year of landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred
- Hotel, resort, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and maintenance tools
- Ability to safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, power washers, and other equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
