Job Summary
Maintain facility grounds and surrounding areas including shop cleaning, oil spill cleanups, and general housekeeping. Operate hand-held manual, electrical, and gas-powered tools while ensuring safe equipment conditions. Pressure-wash, perform minor repairs, and clean containers as needed. Transport, load, and unload shop supplies using safe driving practices. Assist with various lines of business, projects, or areas as assigned. Professionally interact with internal and external customers. Work 6:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday, with flexibility for nights, weekends, overtime, and travel between offices.
Required Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to travel between offices, as required
- Ability to work flexible hours; expected to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Self-starter, strong work ethic, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Safety-focused mindset
- Experience working with various hand tools and equipment is preferred
- Previous CDL driving experience is preferred
