Job Summary
Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and painting at properties while managing expenses to stay under budget. Perform morning inspections of community grounds, complete all maintenance requests and preventative activities, and maintain landscaping and snow removal logs. Sweep common areas, supervise contractors, and conduct semi-annual unit inspections. Handle after-hour emergencies including heat, AC, and plumbing issues on an on-call basis. Maintain records of all maintenance performed and ensure tools and equipment remain in working condition. Requires a valid driver's license for occasional property inspections and supply trips.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to be on-call for after-hour emergencies
- Ability to solve problems with no direction
- Ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
