Job Summary
Maintenance position with an early-morning shift in a restaurant setting. Responsibilities include a morning cleaning routine, regular equipment tuning, and periodic cleaning projects, executed with attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Typical daily workload is 3–4 hours, with potential role extension into cook or guest service tasks through lunch hour. Positive attitude and physical stamina required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the shift. High-energy, morning-person candidate preferred.
