Maintenance Janitorial-Full Time- Springfield IL

Maintain deep-cleaning schedules for each area, unit, and department. Perform general maintenance of grounds, drives, walkways, building exteriors, and interiors including floor care, painting, and bathroom sanitation. Clean furniture, sub-kitchens, appliances, non-ceramic tile walls, and woodwork. Follow proper sanitation procedures for stalls, stools, sinks, countertops, tubs, showers, fixtures, and tile. Must be 21 years of age with a high school diploma or G.E.D. and a valid IL driver's license. Previous janitorial experience and certified training are preferred. This full-time role supports Hope's mission to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their maximum potential through state-of-the-art therapies and community education.
