Maintenance Janitorial-Full Time- Springfield IL

Maintain deep-cleaning schedules for each area, unit, and department, performing scheduled deep-cleaning functions beyond daily housekeeping. Conduct general maintenance of grounds, drives, walkways, building exteriors, and interiors including floor care, painting, and bathroom sanitation. Clean furniture, sub-kitchens, appliances, non-ceramic tile walls, and woodwork while following proper sanitation procedures for stalls, stools, sinks, and fixtures. Requires a valid Illinois driver's license, high school diploma or G.E.D., and must be at least 21 years old. Previous experience in janitorial services and certified training are preferred.
