Job Summary
Data-entry focused Maintenance Inventory/Parts Clerk on 2nd Shift at Corle Building Systems. Responsibilities include data entry of maintenance parts and inventory into the maintenance system, placing orders for parts/equipment/tools, recommending restock frequencies, receiving/issuing parts, inventory control, document control, and distributing parts/materials. Opportunities include improving work orders and parts management processes. Requires legible handwriting, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, basic PC skills, and the ability to identify/escalate issues and follow daily department expectations.
Required Qualifications

- Keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling parts and maintaining records
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to identify variances, solve problems, and exercise good judgment in making decisions and handling exceptions
- Relevant computer experience including basic PC skills
- A strong sense of urgency and self-motivation with an action-oriented bias
- Ability to identify and escalate problems or exceptions to the appropriate people
- Ability to clearly communicate information written or verbally
- Understand and meet daily department expectations
- Use internal computer applications with oversight from experienced staff for basic inquiries, select report generation, data entry, and scanning
- Understand how to interpret and update work order documentation and other production documents
