Maintenance Inspector

Job Summary
Develop preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs while inspecting plant equipment and preparing work requests with recommended repairs. Monitor inspection, lubrication, cleaning, and component replacement programs to maximize equipment reliability, providing technical support for major maintenance activities and specialized repair work. Verify that maintenance and operational tasks are completed to established standards and assist with root cause analysis to drive continuous improvements. Collect and analyze equipment performance data to refine maintenance strategies and support equipment modifications for improved performance and life. Assist in planning major plant shutdowns regarding manpower, materials, and scheduling. Requires five to seven years of heavy industrial manufacturing experience with strong mechanical aptitude; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five to seven years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship
