Maintenance II

Maintenance II role requiring independent work with the ability to handle tasks efficiently to maintain greenhouse, warehouses, and related structures. Travel about 10% to sites. Responsibilities include building and framing structures, concrete work, scaffolding, using a wide range of hand and power tools, installing electrical components (lights, switches, outlets, conduits, raceways), constructing/installing foundations, walls, ceilings, and roofs, plumbing and welding tasks, trenching and subsurface pipe work, boiler maintenance (including blow-down procedures), management of building systems (heating/cooling, irrigation/fertigation, electrical), safety compliance with PPE and OSHA rules, reading schematics and manuals, maintaining records, and ability to perform multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, welding, electrical, fabrication) with on-site coordination and on-call expectations. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; valid CA driver license required; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate several heavy equipment where applicable.
