Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance to ensure hotel quality standards, including replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and patching vinyl. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance assignments and check electrical systems for air conditioning controls, lighting, and minor repairs. Assist with major repairs of all equipment, from small appliances to HVAC and plumbing systems, while servicing the pool by adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters. Maintain the building exterior through snow removal, lawn care, and painting, and refurbish guest room furniture and fixtures. Respond courteously to guest questions and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
