Job Summary
Maintenance I role handling mechanical and electrical maintenance of plant equipment, batching machinery, welding and fabrication, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, plumbing, HVAC-related tasks (change a/c filters), and routine site maintenance per daily checklist. Responsibilities include completing work orders, adhering to safety/LOTO procedures, participating in the ALL4Zero Safety Program, and working with or without a team. Requires strong mechanical and electrical background, ability to work at heights, read directions, and wear required PPE (respirator, hardhat, safety glasses). Able to perform various repairs—from light bulb changes to major electrical tasks—and to work any shift. Education required: High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years mechanical and electrical experience with PLCs.
