Job Summary
Perform general sanitation of the maintenance department by organizing supplies and tools while keeping the area neat, clean, and safe. Work as part of a team with other Maintenance Associates and Team Managers to assist in all functions of the maintenance areas as needed. This role requires a High School or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred, and mandates at least six months of related mechanical or electrical experience, with manufacturing industry experience being a plus. The position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule from 3:30 PM to 3:30 AM, including night shift and weekend premiums. Grande is a leader in crafting premium Italian cheeses, partnering with independent pizzerias and food manufacturing partners to deliver specialty whey ingredient solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Minimum of six (6) months of related mechanical or electrical experience and/or training
- Must be able to lift 20-50lbs
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to work in humid conditions
- Must be able to work in extreme cold temperatures
- Must be able to work in extreme hot temperatures
- Must be available for 3:30PM-3:30AM shift
- Must be available for 2-2-3 Schedule
- Must be able to work night shifts (6pm – 6am)
- Must be able to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
