Job Summary
Perform general sanitation of the maintenance department by organizing supplies and tools, keeping the area neat, clean, and safe. Work as a team with other Maintenance Associates and Team Managers to assist in all functions of the maintenance areas as needed. Requires a high school or GED with at least six months of related mechanical or electrical experience, plus minimum six months of related mechanical or electrical experience and/or training. Schedule includes a 2-2-3 rotation from 3:30 PM to 3:30 AM with night shift premiums. Grande partners with independent pizzerias and food manufacturing partners to deliver specialty whey ingredient solutions and cheese products.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Minimum of six (6) months of related mechanical or electrical experience and/or training
- Must be able to lift 20-50lbs
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to work in humid conditions
- Must be able to work in extreme cold temperatures
- Must be able to work in extreme hot temperatures
- Must be available for 3:30PM-3:30AM shift
- Must be available for 2-2-3 Schedule
- Must be available for night shift premium (6pm – 6am)
- Must be available for weekend shift premium (Saturday and Sunday shifts)
