Job Summary
Maintain hotel guest, meeting room, and public spaces to ensure safety, comfort, and minimal downtime; perform day-to-day maintenance of lighting, plumbing, temperature control, and equipment; complete preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair guest room equipment and hotel systems, and assist with setup and operation of meeting room equipment; follow safety procedures and SOPs (JSA, Lockout/Tag-out, MSDS) and communicate effectively with guests and associates; respond to requests, document work performed, and uphold hotel life-safety systems knowledge; flexibility for varying weekly hours and ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
