Job Summary
Maintenance/Housekeeping II responsible for the daily upkeep of the Sea Mar facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary and attractive environment for patients, clients and employees. Performs janitorial and maintenance tasks including cleaning with disinfectants, yard maintenance, basic repairs (plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical), equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety guidelines. Maintains supplies and performs routine inspections and housekeeping duties throughout health-care center operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Driver’s license and auto liability insurance
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date
- TB test and annual influenza vaccine
- Annual health screening
- Annual TB test

- Outdoor maintenance experience
- Floor care experience (mopping, waxing, carpet care)

- Willingness to follow safety guidelines
- Quality customer service in a healthcare setting
