Job Summary
Maintenance/Housekeeping II responsible for daily upkeep of Sea Mar facilities, performing housekeeping and yard maintenance tasks, cleaning and sanitizing areas with cleaning solutions, and following safety guidelines. Duties include washing floors and furnishings, trash removal, replenishing supplies, mowing and grounds maintenance, and basic maintenance tasks (plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical). Requires ability to read and follow simple instructions, basic math, TB testing annually, and possession of a valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance. Education preference is a high school diploma or GED; position offered as full-time with benefits.
Required Qualifications
