Job Summary
Performs daily upkeep of Sea Mar facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary and attractive environment for patients, clients and employees. Responsibilities include housekeeping tasks such as cleaning furnishings, floors and equipment with disinfectants; restocking supplies; yard maintenance including mowing and debris removal; and a variety of maintenance and handiwork duties (plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical) with adherence to safety guidelines. Maintains equipment like mops and vacuum cleaners, reports mechanical failures, and follows instructions from supervisors. Emphasizes exceptional client experience, empathy, integrity, teamwork, and continuous learning to align with Sea Mar’s mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- TB test annually
- Driver’s license and auto liability insurance
- Must have a TB test annually
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
