Job Summary
Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas while disinfecting surfaces and disposing of biohazard and general waste. Maintain yard and exterior areas including mowing, trimming, and snow removal, and execute minor repairs for plumbing, painting, carpentry, and lighting. Monitor building safety systems such as smoke alarms and ventilation, and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Ensure facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
- Basic math and reading skills
- Annual TB test
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Maintenance or janitorial experience
