Job Summary
Maintenance/Housekeeping II responsibilities include daily upkeep of Sea Mar facilities to maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive environment; janitorial tasks such as cleaning floors, furnishings, and equipment with disinfectants; yard maintenance including mowing and debris removal; general maintenance and safety duties (plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work) as needed; ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and environmental health standards; ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 pounds), read and follow instructions, and complete TB testing annually; position involves both indoor and outdoor facility maintenance and may require operation of cleaning tools and equipment; on-the-job training provided; full Sea Mar benefits for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Driver’s license, auto liability insurance and an automobile are required
- Must have a TB test annually
- Reasoning ability and math skills
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions
- No formal experience required, on-the-job training provided
